A library is a great indoor place to take engagement photos when it’s February in Iowa right? – Warm, lots of light, and great open spaces. Well I didn’t account for the fact that there were ‘Keep quite” signs placed throughout the building, and when I told Sam and Jared to look at each other while we were shooting, they would start cracking up, which would make me start cracking up! Ha! We were off to a good start – I love the way these two laugh with each other!:)

It was so great getting to know these two! I briefly met Sam through one of my past brides, and had a great time getting to know Jared during our shoot. These two have such a cute and unique engagement story, which involves the two of them camping and Jared making Sam a s’more over the embers of the fire. What Sam thought was a s’more rapped inside aluminum foil, was really a ring box! <3

Looking forward to getting to know these two better, and shooting their wedding this fall!:)
